Mandy Leon Submission Queen?

Indy wrestler Mandy Leon seems to have a pretty good arsenal of submission moves at her disposal.
Oddly that idea seems to rarely work in wrestling.
They tried it with Gail Kim but it never seemed to take hold.
Actually submission moves look like they would be more suited to womens wrestling to me.
